We aim to deliver your prescription service within 1 or 2 days of receipt. So please allow 5 working days from the date you post your prescription for your medicines to be delivered.

We can deliver to your workplace as long as it has a standard UK postal address. You need to feel confident that your works postal reception service is secure and that someone approved by you is able to sign for your delivery.

We will only post your prescription if all the correct forms are filled in and signed and you or an adult are there to accept the delivery.
